Every notary we work with is registered with the relevant Law Society or Faculty Office and holds a valid practising certificate. We make notarisation fast, simple and fully online, allowing you to complete the process securely by video call without needing to travel

You can complete our online enquiry form or contact us through live chat or WhatsApp. After your enquiry, we reply promptly with available appointment times and a secure payment link to confirm your booking.

Yes, online notarisation conducted through a qualified UK notary is fully legally valid in the UK and internationally. It involves real-time ID verification and document witnessing over video, followed by certification with an official notarial seal. If your document is intended for use abroad, we can arrange Apostille legalisation to ensure international recognition.

We can notarise powers of attorney, affidavits, statutory declarations, consent letters for child travel, certified copies of passports, driving licences, birth, marriage and death certificates, educational certificates such as diplomas and degrees, employment confirmation letters, bank reference letters, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, company resolutions, and certificates of incorporation. If you are unsure whether your document can be notarised, please ask us during your enquiry.

An e-Apostille is an official electronic certificate attached to a digitally signed notarised document. It is usually completed and delivered to you by email within 24 hours after notarisation. A paper Apostille is a physical certificate attached to a printed notarised document, typically taking around five to seven working days plus courier delivery time. Both have the same legal status; the choice depends on the requirements of the authority receiving your document

A standard online notarisation costs £65. If Apostille legalisation is required, the total cost is £90 for an electronic Apostille or £110 for a paper Apostille. All fees include the notary’s certification, Apostille application at the Foreign Office, and tracked delivery within the UK if you require a hard copy

Payment is made in advance through a secure online link that we send once your appointment is confirmed. Payment must be received before we can complete your booking.

A notary public is a legally authorized individual who verifies and certifies the authenticity of important documents. Notaries can certify a wide range of documents, including:

For virtual appointments, the process typically takes place during the scheduled session. In-person notarizations may vary depending on the complexity of the document. Once notarized, your documents will be provided to you promptly, either digitally or in person.
